Una Fe. Un Señor. Un Bautismo

Ministerio Latino/Hispano de la Iglesia Bautista Piney Grove

Latino/Hispanic Ministry of Piney Grove Baptist Church

Hay un solo cuerpo y un solo Espíritu, así como también fueron llamados a una sola esperanza; un solo Señor, una sola fe, un solo bautismo.” – “There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism.”                                                                                            Ephesians 4:4-5

In the past months, we have been strengthening our relationships with our Latino/Hispanic community and neighbors and nurturing new families that started attending PGBC. One of the stories last month was the spiritual support ministry we provided to a father coping with brain cancer in our neighborhood. His kids attended Kid’s Café in the past and his wife always supports us when we have a special activity at the church. Please pray for this family during this time of challenge and for Pablo’s treatment. On the other hand, we are thankful for the support of the Almodovar’s family in helping us build the Hispanic/Latino ministry at PGBC. We are very enthusiastic about what God is doing around us. Our ministry team started two months ago with a regular worship service every Sunday morning in the old sanctuary from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. We are also grateful to PGBC for allowing us to use this space for our worship celebration.
